Come down to the Molly Rose Bar & Cellar to try some of our handcrafted beers, locally made in the heart of Collingwood. We believe that beers and food together like hops and water, so we have a great range of snacks and toasties for you to enjoy. If you’re wondering what food to pair with your beer, just ask our bar staff.

We are always creating new and innovative beers, so our list may vary a little to what we are currently pouring on tap, but we do keep this list as up to date as possible.

Tilly

Saison - 5.5%

Small: $7 - Large: $14

The younger sister of Matilde, Tilly goes straight to keg and straight on Tap. Drink her fresh and by the pintful. Inspired by Belgian saisons that are hoppy, crisp, bright and complex. Think: Citrus zest, Pepper, fruity, crisp.

 
 

Chuckle

Pale Ale - 5.3%

Small: $6 - Large: $12

Pale ales are a pretty regular jumping in point for the start of good beer journeys. Chuckle is based on the classic; Sierra Nevada. A beer that has been just so consistently excellent and drinkable in all situations across the last 40 years. Think; Grapefruit, floral, pine.

 
 

Decisive

IPA - 6.6%

Small: $7 - Large: $14

There are literally infinite options when it comes to choosing hops for an IPA. Decisive was the exact opposite of Nic when he was ordering hops for this beer. Think; Citrus, resin, tropical.

Millions of

Barrel Aged Peach Bier de Garde - 7.5%

Small: $9 - Large: $16

A collab with Bad Frankie, this beer was on clingstone peaches in an open barrel before being transferred to a 30+ year old barrel that had previously been used for Sherry in France, Whiskey in Scotland, Whiskey in Geelong and Brandy in the Riverland at St Agnes. Think; caramel, spice, brandy.

Soured Saison - 5.3%

Dry hopping sour beers is a relatively new thing and as such not much is known about how to do it and what will happen. So this is a style I will be tinkering with. Think tropical lychees and tropical fruit in thi Iiteration. Think; Tropical, lychee, tart.

Gertrude

Vintage Saison - 5.7%

Small: $9 - Large: $16

Matilde came to me whilst travelling Belgium and I knew she would become part of the Molly Rose family. Matilde must however be bottle conditioned. Gertrude is a 2 year old version of Matilde that has been stored in kegs. Think; spice, strawberry jam, lemon.

 
 

Bangkok Breakky

Lemongrass Ginger and Pineapple Saison Sour - 5%

Small: $9 - Large: $16

Inspired by aromatic spices of thailand and the inexhaustible supply of deliciously fresh, intricately chopped pineapple available on every corner. Think aromatic spices, tingly pineapple in a tart barrel fermented saison.
